Two to One Healing Sessions
We offer two hour healing sessions either in person or online through Video call. These sessions include a full consultation, where we can confidentially and compassionately explore with you any issues you want to work on and – be them emotional, mental, physical or spiritual. We are of the absolute belief that working with shamanic, spiritual and energetic healing can be supportive of any issue as all aspects of mind, body and spirit are connected.
The actual healing session will be held by both of us holding space and using our healing techniques and toolbox to create the most perfect session for you. Each healing session will be carried out within sacred ceremony, and we utilize our connection to our spirit allies, celestial and earth energy and our intuition. We may also enter shamanic trance states, so that we are able to journey through timelines and spiritual worlds to retrieve information, power and healing to support your healing process. All our work is done maintaining the highest level of safety, grounding, compassion, presence, and sensitivity to your needs within the session.
A healing session can involve a variety of different methods which we weave together with what we feel is needed. A session could involve energy healing or gentle bodywork to support your personal alignment, extracting and clearing blockages, as well as harmonising, balancing and empowering your energy field and chakras. We may also use sound healing, with vocal toning, singing or any number of our sound therapy apparatus utilizing the power of sacred sound, sonic massage and high vibrational frequencies. We also use shamanic tools, crystals, plants, incenses, oils and aromas where necessary and appropriate providing an intuitive, empowering and multi-sensory healing experience.
Shamanic soul and power retrieval is an effective method which we use when guided to. An individual may need soul retrieval if they have experienced a trauma or stressful life event within this lifetime or another that has meant their original soul essence has become fragmented and left in order to protect itself from the situation. We journey to help you retrieve this part of your soul to restore it to you and therefore restoring your soul’s essence in its fullest power, sovereignty and light. We may also retrieve you a spirit or power animal guide which brings you beautiful medicine and qualities to bless and empower your life.
We can perform relationship chord clearings to help you to energetically clear and heal difficult relational issues and connections to individuals in your life, past or present. These sessions are supportive in helping you to forgive, move on or be more open to inviting harmonious relationships into your life. We are also able to help with entity and spirit release, ancestral healing and curse unravelling if you feel you have any unwanted attachments, or if you feel stuck or bound to situations, patterns, people or any other negative energy that you are now ready to liberate yourself from.
We end the session with time for you to relax with a cup of herbal tea, a debrief and integration consultation based on what information we received from your healing and what we know works to support the healing and clearing process.
If you are receiving a healing session online through video call, we will work with all the techniques we have mentioned but can do so remotely through distance healing work which has shown to be just as effective. This is because the flow of healing energy moves according to where we focus our attention, and because our shamanic and healing guides work across time and space. It is therefore it is not necessary that we are in the same room, so some people prefer to stay home to receive their healing.
